How to setup carbon filter in grow tent
- Choose a suitable location inside the grow tent to hang the carbon filter. It should ideally be near the top of the tent for better air circulation.
- Hang the carbon filter by attaching it to the tent frame using the provided straps or hooks. Make sure it is securely fastened in place.
- Connect the ducting to the intake side of the carbon filter. This is the side where the dirty air will be sucked in to be cleaned by the filter.
- Route the other end of the ducting outside of the grow tent to expel the clean air. Make sure the ducting is securely connected to both the carbon filter and the fan at the other end.
- Install a fan at the other end of the ducting to help pull air through the carbon filter. Make sure the fan is powerful enough to handle the size of your grow tent.
- Securely fasten the fan in place to ensure it doesn't move during operation. You can also use additional straps or hooks to keep it in place if needed.
- Test the setup by turning on the fan and checking that air is being pulled through the carbon filter and expelled outside of the tent. Adjust the fan speed as needed to achieve the desired airflow.
