How to Make Lychee Tea
- Start by gathering the following ingredients:
- 6-8 lychees
- 2 cups of water
- 2 teaspoons of black tea leaves
- 1-2 tablespoons of honey (optional)
- Peel and deseed the lychees, then chop them into small pieces.
- Boil the water in a saucepan and add the chopped lychees.
- Let the lychees simmer in the water for about 5-10 minutes to infuse the flavor.
- Add the black tea leaves to the saucepan and let it steep for 3-5 minutes.
- Strain the tea into a cup or teapot, discarding the lychee pieces and tea leaves.
